How long until my letter is ready?
Every letter is individually crafted never rushed, never templated. Digital letters are delivered within 2-4 business days. Printed cards ship within 5-8 business days. Framed prints ship within 7-12 business days. Rush delivery is available for +$14.99.
What if I do not know what to say?
That is exactly why we are here. Choose "Write it for me" when you order, and share a few details about your relationship how you met, what you love about them, a memory that matters. We turn your thoughts into poetry. You do not need to be a writer. You just need to feel something.
What format will I receive?
Digital orders receive a high-resolution printable PDF sized for 5x7 and 8x10 frames. Printed orders receive a museum-quality matte card with a craft envelope 4x6. Framed orders receive an 8x10 archival print in a wood or black frame, shipped gift-ready.
Can I ship it directly to the person I love?
Absolutely. Enter their address at checkout. We ship without any pricing or invoice just the letter, the art, and the love.
Can I use it for wedding vows or a proposal?
Many of our clients commission letters for exactly that. Select "Wedding Day / Vows" or "Engagement / Proposal" as your occasion, and we will craft it for that sacred moment.
What if I am not happy with my letter?
Every commission includes one complimentary revision. If it still does not feel right after your revision.
Is this a real painting?
Our artwork is digitally crafted in a signature heavy impasto oil painting style designed to look and feel like thick, textured brushstrokes on canvas. Printed versions are produced on premium archival matte paper that captures every detail beautifully.
